  1. Looks like a wonderful soap with all those additives! By plantain, do mean mashed cooked banana? What is horsetail? I have horsetail in my garden but I think it is just an ornamental plant and probably not the same as your horsetail.

  2. Hi, I wanted to reply on your blog but I cannot leave a message there. Your post on the master lye batch was just what I needed. Will save lots of time!

I looked up the Latin names for you. Horsetail is Equisetum arvense and plantain should be Plantago (my mistake, I corrected it).

    1. I just saw your reply now! Your horsetail looks different from what I have, but I am sure they are related. I am not familiar with plantago. I wish I knew botany!
Hmm, I wonder why you can't leave a comment on my blog. All I know is that wordpress requires you to leave your name and email and this is something I have no control over. Thank you though for visiting my blog. :-)

    2. By the way, did you fresh nettle? I just bought some dried nettle. I hope it gives the same benefits as fresh nettle.
I am also looking at buying green clay. Does French green clay really give a greenish color?
